Hailing from Clearwater, Florida, I’ve been online as long as I can remember. Starting originally with a dial up connection to the family Windows 95 machine, I’ve been around for the majority of the internet’s existence and have been sure to always keep a close watch on the trends, good or bad (but mostly bad, if we’re being honest).

I left Florida to move to Washington, DC to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at the Corcoran College of Art + Design. Living in DC was an invaluable experience for me—being part of a relatively small art community, but within a larger metropolitan area, somehow simultaneously taught me the value of community, as well as the importance of expanding my world view.

After graduating college, I’ve worked for several agencies and in higher ed, and done my fair share of freelance work along the way. Being a part of a team and collaborating with others across various disciplines is how I do my best work. Taking the time to do things the best way and not just the simplest way is my ethos. I constantly strive to progress and innovate, no one task is too diminutive to be overlooked—”God is in the details.”

Outside of work, you can find me on the couch with my cat, Zelda (pictured above), watching whatever NHL game is currently on, helping my wife, Julia, install work at galleries around town, and/or possibly listening to some old midwest emo record. I also love to travel, play video games (when they don’t get too frustrating), go to sporting events and concerts, visit art galleries and museums, and check out the great outdoors when the weather is nice.

I’m pretty much done posting to social media, but if you want to see what movies I've been watching lately lately, you can check me out on Letterboxd.
